Here they are…the winners of the Girls’ West Yorkshire trophy!! Our very own Lepton superstars 🏏⭐️
In a short space of time, with no previous coaching or practise, this group of girls have taken on the challenge of cricket and embraced it in every way: enjoyment, team work and courage! Because of their hard work and commitment, and the brilliant support from grown ups at home, they will now travel to Headingly Stadium to take part in the @yorkshireccc competition. We all wish them the very best of luck! 👏👏

Several parents/carers have contacted school over the weekend to share these lovely words that were posted on a local social media group. I`ve always known that our children are kind, polite and thoughtful but knowing that members of our local community get to see this too makes me incredibly proud ☺️ well done to those @leptonc6 children showcasing our vision whilst taking part in their cycling proficiency lesson 👏👏
Last week, a small group of Year 3 and 4 girls represented the school in a cricket competition. They have never played together or even trained but they absolutely smashed it, moving into the finals! They showed great teamwork and super skills and have their next stage this Wednesday in Pudsey. Good luck girls 🏏🤞
This morning, @leptonc5 and @leptonc6 were lucky enough to take part in an educational fire safety talk, lead by Red Watch from Huddersfield. They gave lots of very useful advice and also wanted to let all families know that if you currently don’t have a fire alarm in your home that they will come and fit one for you…just contact them! Thank you Red Watch! 🚒🧯
WATER FIGHT!! 🔫🔫🔫 Our @leptonc6 enjoyed their well earned treat this morning after a week of dedication and resilience during their SATs. Watch out Mr. Revell and Mrs. Hadfield!!

Our choir have just arrived at the stunning Bradford Cathedral. They will be performing as part of the service from 3pm, which will be live streamed via the Cathedral`s website/social media 🎶⛪
